The Jeff Jordan State Champ Camp has helped produce over 2,000 State Champs in the past 23 years. This camp has attracted many of the top Jr. High and High School wrestlers from Ohio and throughout the country. Now, it is attracting some of the best young wrestlers in the country as well, and over 125 National Champs have attended the Schoolboy Camp.

Camp Philosophy

Many times, the beginner wrestler learn moves and holds in an unrelated fashion, and there is no real underlying system or philosophy to the instruction. This camp is different! It is designed to give the young wrestler the fundamentals that are critical for success, as well as teach them a system of wrestling. Your wrestler will learn how to drill correctly. Your wrestler will also learn the vital importance of stance, hip position, and the techniques that all champions must have. Skills such as set-ups, proper leg attacks, finishes, and the front headlock will be mastered. Other techniques will be discussed. However, because most championships are won on the feet, takedowns will be the focus. This is an intensive 3-day camp for the schoolboy wrestler.
